Curiosity, interaction, and enrichment are the three words I’d use to describe my time with the RCCQ Board of Directors. I first joined to fill a vacant seat, and then stayed on for more than 12 years. Throughout this enriching experience, I encountered diverse kitchens, each unique, who helped me share my knowledge. I can say that RCCQ changed my life – and I encourage anyone to seize the opportunity to sit on its Board of Directors. (Translation from French)
