Training Starting a Collective Kitchen – Montreal
This training is given over two days. During the first day, participants learn about the history of collective kitchen while they get acquainted with activities, the values and the philosophy of collective kitchens members of the RCCQ. It makes understand the importance of the four stages of the collective kitchen wich are planning, grocery shopping, cooking and evaluation. The second day consists essentially in living an experience of collective kitchen to better seize the dynamics within. Exercices and sketches are on the program of this pleasant day.
