Founded in 1990, the Regroupement des cuisines collectives du Québec (Quebec Collective Kitchens Association) is a non-profit organisation aimed at the promotion and consolidation of emerging collective kitchens in Quebec.
The values promoted by the collective kitchens include self-sufficiency, empowerment, dignity, democracy and social justice.
Assuming the role of popular educator, the Association offers workshops on starting up and leading collective kitchens, as well as training sessions on economics, politics, social relationships and other topics that interest our members.
We also publish a newletter and our staff is ready to welcome you any day of the week to provide you with information or guide you through our research center.
